There are many ways you can support Nellie’s.  By making a financial or in-kind donation, you will be providing shelter, dignity and hope to women and children leaving violence, poverty and  homelessness.

One Time Gift Join our Community of Hope by making a donation to Nellie’s today! You can make an online donation here or call us at 416-461-1419 to speak to a member of our Fundraising Team.  If your gift is made in honour or in memory of a loved one, we will send a handwritten card to notify them of your gift. Here are some ways your gift can help us today:

• $35 will help us pay for a taxi to transport a woman and her children away from a violent and life-threatening situation.
• $75 will pay for one day’s stay at the shelter, including food
• $150 will provide counselling and support services for a woman and her children for 1 month, giving them a chance at a brighter tomorrow.

Monthly Giving Program Nellie’s Promise of Home Monthly Giving Program is a simple and effective way to support the women and children who come to Nellie’s.  As part of the Promise of Home monthly donor community, you will be providing reliable, direct and immediate support to the women and children in our care who are leaving situations of violence, poverty, and homelessness. Corporate Giving If your company has a Donations Committee or is hosting a workplace event, consider supporting the women and children at Nellie’s.  A workplace giving campaign can boost employee morale and provide vital support to women and children leaving violence.
