Angela Wong is a lawyer practicing at the Chinese & Southeast Asian Legal Clinic. Originally from Vancouver, Angela moved to Toronto to work in the area of labour, employment and human rights law.

Prior to her legal career, Angela earned a Master’s Degree in Asia Pacific Policy Studies from the University of British Columbia.

Angela has been involved with various non-profit organizations focusing on the protection and advancement of the rights of migrant workers including the Humanitarian Organization for Migration Economics, West Coast Domestic Workers’ Association, and Edmonton Community Legal Centre. Angela is excited to contribute to the Nellie’s community as a Board member.
